A low-profile frame design like Ashford will look premium and help maximize longevity of the poster, while a more affordable, minimal, yet still high-quality solution would be a simple posterhanger.

Can I obtain digital copies of the posters?
High-resolution copies cannot be made available except for legitimate publication purposes. You are free to save and share any images directly from this website as long as you provide credit.

How accurate are the colors?
Archival inks are used to guarantee a museum-quality finish, but printing is a chemical process and in some cases colors may appear marginally lighter or darker than they do on screen.

How do I keep up to date with new works or contact you with questions?

Shipping

How are posters packaged?
All posters are shipped securely in eco-friendly triangular boxes. Upon delivery we recommended carefully unrolling the posters out onto a smooth, flat surface with books to weigh down the corners for several hours prior to hanging.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders are usually fulfilled by our print partners within 2 business days, and delivered within 5-10 days after fulfillment.

What are the shipping rates?
Shipping to US is a flat fee of 6.00 (USD) for the first poster and additional 2.00 for each poster added to the order. International is 9.00 and 3.00 respectively.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments to countries outside of the US may incur customs duties and taxes depending on the destination. In this scenario you would need to pay a fee to the appropriate customs agency.

Which payment methods do you accept?

What if the poster arrives damaged or with a defect?
Posters are fragile and we try to ensure they are reliably produced and securely packaged by our print partners. In the rare event of damage or noticeable defects, contact info@signala.co with a photo of the poster within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you another free of charge or provide a full refund.
